White South Eastern Australia
In 1853 Thomas Hardy bought a large block of land alongside the banks of the Torrens River, it was here that he built Hardys Bankside Cellars. Sadly the cellars were destroyed by fire in 1905 and this wine is a tribute to these first cellars.
The warm climate of the Riverland & Murray Darling is ideal for the Chardonnay grape variety, providing generous, ripe fruit flavours.
