Jack Rabbit Chilean Shiraz
A cool weather during harvest allowed slow ripening, giving the wine a good structure, nice flavours and good balance between alcohol and acidity.
Matured in stainless steel for an average of 3 months with French Oak staves in 15% of the blend.
