The brand Kiwi Cuvee was created in 2001 in order to combine New World techniques and tastes with the Nobility of French terroirs. A French brand with a New World twist. Through his numerous travels, our oenologist was inspired by New Zealand wines and techniques of wine-making.

Harvesting is performed at optimum ripeness at night or early morning when the cool temperatures help to preserve the fruit's potential. The grapes are fully destemmed, then cooled down before being put in vats for several days, a process of cold maceration reserved for great wines to bring out the typicity of this excellent variety. Fermentation is performed in contact with oak wood for a few days.
