Teacher's Highland Cream Blended Scotch Whisky uses fully smoked peat single malt whisky from The Ardmore distillery as its fingerprint whisky. This gives it incredible depth and smoothness combined with a rich smokey undertone. Truly a masterpiece. Nose A deep and robust maltiness shows through at the very start that is accompanied by a gentle Highland peat smoke tang. This full flavour slowly fades to allow the sweeter fruitier flavours of apples, pears and heavy honey maturity to show through. Palate There is a challenging and exciting taste that at the same time is round and warming. This superb flavour is full of rich malts and maturity that slowly fades to a silky rounded texture. Brand Details
Teacher's William Teacher was a man of self-belief. Over 175 years ago he perfected his famous blend with high smoky peated malt giving it a rich flavour. The malt in Teacher's is peat smoked, which is what gives Teacher's its deep flavour, and amber colour. We call this colour the Golden Glow. The heart of Teacher's comes from our own Ardmore distillery, that uses smoked peat single malt. The sweet smoke rises up to flavour the barley adding depth and character to our whisky. The result is a deep, rich and rewarding whisky where the real flavours shine through every golden drop.
